I think that the contents described in this book have been already known by a lot of Japanese people. We Japanese think that Korean people tend to exaggerate their history, and we are a little tired of listening to their condemnation. How many times do we have to apologize about the colonial ruling which was finished 60 years ago? We need to realize that the colonization was done under the historical context of imperialism. Most of the European countries and the US colonized Asia, Africa and Hawaii, and unfortunately Korea was a very weak country at that time.
